Richard “Buzz” Yocom '49 – a Willamette University friend, alumnae, professor and administrator - died Nov. 22, 2003.  When Buzz retired from Willamette in 1993, he was asked to serve as vice president of Tokyo International University of America in Salem, a position he retired from March 31, 2001.
